Welcome to Joventra. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. General

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All products sold by Joventra are custom-made after an order is placed. Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur due to the custom production process.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change product prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized activity or pricing errors are suspected.

5. Shipping

Production typically takes 10-12 business days before shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays. Joventra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. Returns & Refunds

As all products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind or incorrect customer selections.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund after review.

7. Limitation of Liability

Joventra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

8. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Joventra operates.

10. Custom Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

Some Joventra products are personalized or custom-designed at a customer's request. This section explains who owns what when a custom design is created.

Customer-Supplied Content. If you provide us with your own personal or family photographs or images, or your own company name, logo, or trademark, to be incorporated into a custom design, you retain all ownership rights in that specific content. Joventra does not claim any ownership over personal images or third-party-owned logos or trademarks that you supply to us.

Joventra's Original Design Work. Except for the customer-supplied content described above, all other elements of a custom design, including the dial composition, layout, artwork, engraving details, proportions, finishing, color combinations, and production execution, are conceived, developed, and produced by Joventra and remain the sole intellectual property of Joventra. Purchasing a custom product gives you ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer to you any copyright, ownership, exclusivity, or licensing rights in the underlying design.

No Exclusivity. Commissioning a custom design does not make that design exclusive to you. Joventra reserves the right to use, adapt, reproduce, reference, or sell the same or a similar design (excluding any personal images, names, or logos you supplied) to other customers, without restriction.

No Right to Challenge. By placing a custom order, you agree that you will not challenge, dispute, or bring any claim against Joventra regarding the ownership, originality, or subsequent use of any design element that was independently created by Joventra. This limitation does not apply to the specific personal images, names, or logos that you yourself supplied, over which you retain your rights as described above.

11. Traditional, Cultural & Religious Imagery

Certain Joventra products feature artwork or motifs drawn from traditional, cultural, or religious iconography. With respect to such products:

Joventra does not claim exclusive rights over sacred symbols, traditional motifs, deities, or other imagery that forms part of shared cultural or religious heritage.
Each such product is independently developed by Joventra, with its own dial composition, detailing, proportions, finishing, and production execution.
Any perceived similarity to third-party products is incidental and results from the common use of traditional or culturally significant imagery that is not owned by any single person or entity.
Joventra is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party brand, designer, manufacturer, religious institution, or organization in connection with these designs.
Such artwork is used respectfully, for artistic and devotional appreciation, and is not intended to disrespect any religion, deity, culture, or community.
