Refund policy

Because every Joventra product is custom-made, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

• Order cancellations after production has started.
• Returns for change of mind.
• Exchanges.
• Refunds for incorrect customer selections or buyer preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

After reviewing your request, we will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.
